Application Process

1.  Submit application materials

a. Application form for international students studying in Zunyi Normal university

b. Scholarship application form for international students studying in Zunyi Normal university

c. Curriculum vitae (in Chinese)

d. Copies of highest degree and diploma certificates

e. Scanned copies of passport (the page with photo) 
f. Valid health certificate (Health examination form) 
g. Financial statement (provide a copy of bank deposit of over ten thousand yuan)

h. The applicants under the age of 18 years old should submit Letters of approval and provide the emergency contact number of their legal guardians in China 


Note: please visit the website of Office of Foreign Exchanges and Cooperation of Zunyi Normal university, http://www.dwjlyhzc.dep.zync.edu.cn/index.html to download the Application Form for International Students, Scholarship Application Form for International Students Studying in Zunyi Normal university and Sample form of Curriculum Vitae, and send them together with the scanned copies of other application materials with the title of your passport name to the email of Office of Foreign Exchanges and Cooperation of Zunyi Normal university zync_waiban@sina.com.



2  Qualification review and acceptance

The university will review the submitted materials and accept the excellent applicants. After admission, the university will issue "Admission notice for students studying in Zunyi Normal university".




3  Visa application

After receiving the admission notice, the applicant should take the "Visa application for study in China" (JW202 form) to a local embassy or consulate to apply for an X-entrance visa for international students.



4  Registration

Students should take a valid passport and the Admission notice for students studying in Zunyi Normal university to register at the Office of Foreign Exchanges and Cooperation within the prescribed period of time and go through the admission procedure.
