4. Copies of highest degree and diploma certificates

5. Scanned copies of passport (the page with photo) 
6. Valid health certificate (Health examination form） 
7. Financial statement (provide a copy of bank deposit of over ten thousand yuan)

Please Note: the applicants under the age of 18 years old should submit Letters of approval and provide the emergency contact number of their legal guardians in China
